COMMERCIAL LICENSE

~For all tiers the license is good for ONE YEAR starting at the 1st of the month that's closest to the time I finish the artwork.


This commercial license does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

More info will be detailed in my contract which will need signing along with the first half of payment.

Personal Use

Just the base price.

You can't sell the artwork, it is

only for personal such as;

  • posting
  • freebies
  • giveaways

Bronze Tier

45% of total.

  • everything from previous tier
  • prints/postcards
  • bookmarks
  • page overlays

Silver Tier

55% of total.

  • everything from previous tiers
  • clothing
  • tote bags
  • candles
  • pins
  • stickers

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Lifetime use

Gold Tier

100% of total.

You can sell the artwork in any way you desire besides on;

  • book covers
  • end pages
  • dust jackets
  • page heads

Green Tier

40% of total

You can only use it for page or chapter heads

Blue Tier

70% of total

You can only use it for end pages/an artwork in the book

Purple Tier

45% of total

You can only use the artwork in ebooks

Process

Deposit stated on the first page of my website and commission form must be filled out. You are always welcome to contact me with questions
and reference images!

50% of your total will be required after you approve of the sketch and/or the commercial license contract will needing signing.

Remaining balance is due once the artwork is complete.

One I receive full payment and/or the signed contract I will email you the high resolution files.

Artwork is non-refundable after I start the sketch. If I do not hear from you within 3 weeks of the month you booked your commission, your deposit is forfeited and will not be put towards your commission in the future.
